Marcia McPherson is the Founder and CEO of Employment Resources, Inc. She had a solid career in Human Resources, rising to become a Human Resources Director in the hospitality industry. Marcia's passion for recruiting and matching talents to the right positions inspired her to embark on a journey of her own. In 1992, Marcia established Employment Resources Inc, a full service staffing company.

Today, Employment Resources Inc. and its staff  help employ thousands of employees in Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire positions within the South Florida and Central Florida. "There are very few things that are as important to an individual as their occupation," Marcia says. "Through Employment Resources, I am able to be a positive influence and impact so many lives. It's very rewarding."
