Our staffing solutions can be for a one-time project, or complete ongoing corporate staffing. There are four alternatives to hiring candidates: Temporary, Temp-To-Hire, Ongoing Staffing or Direct Hire Placement/Executive Search. Though based primarily in South Florida, ERI has clients across the continental US and the Caribbean. TEMPORARY, TEMPORARY TO HIRE OR ONGOING STAFFING: Temp-to-Hire offers you (the client) the opportunity to assess the candidates on the job prior to commitment as an employee; saving you the time spent interviewing unqualified candidates. The hourly bill rate includes advertising, matching social security, insurance-workers compensation and administrating payroll. Our standard Temp-to-Hire period is 90 days (minimum of 480 hrs logged FT or 520 for PT) from the date of hire with no additional charges for conversion. Ongoing Staffing minimizes the client’s responsibilities to the employees as Employment Resources, Inc. becomes the solution source for the staff. Direct Hire Placement: Employment Resources, Inc. is an objective 3rd party; our only goal is to help you find and hire the most qualified candidate who also reflects your corporate culture. Over the years, some of the best candidates we have placed never posted their resume on internet post sites; they were successfully recruited using the traditional methods of a “Headhunter.” Put our expertise and experience to use today! The direct hire placement fee is based on the total annual compensation earned by the candidate(s) during the first twelve months of employment with the client company. There is no obligation to hire any of the candidates we send you. However, all candidates interviewed remain under Employment Resources, Inc.’s finder’s fee rights for one hundred and twenty (120) days. Guarantee: We are so confident that you will be satisfied with Employment Resources, Inc. that we guarantee our service. To insure your satisfaction, we will take the necessary steps to provide qualified employees who will meet your requirements and performance standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of any employee, we will replace the employee, within 90 days, at no cost to you.
